Description

Mobile Architecture & Standards

• Design scalable mobile architecture and establish technical standards for cross-platform applications.
• Lead Flutter development initiatives and create reusable component libraries and design systems.

Technology Leadership

• Define mobile architecture patterns, state management strategies, and data synchronization approaches.
• Create technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, and integration specifications.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines for mobile teams.

Performance & User Experience

• Design offline-first mobile applications with robust data caching and synchronization.
• Implement performance optimization strategies for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into technical specifications.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Lead mobile DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app store deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile developers and junior architects.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code quality assessments, and performance audits.

Qualification

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in mobile development and architecture, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with strong experience in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Deep knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Experience with mobile DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization techniques.

Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid frameworks (React Native, Xamarin) and mobile backend services (Firebase, AWS Amplify).
• Familiarity with AR, ML integration, and mobile payment systems.
• Professional certifications in mobile development or cloud platforms.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English (Thai or Vietnamese is a plus).
