Description

• Design and define infrastructure architecture blueprints and transition plans to support
business and service delivery models.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and governance frameworks
aligned with KTCS’s enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, System Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure
infrastructure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Lead the implementation and modernization of core infrastructure components such as
virtualization, microservices platform, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of infrastructure systems in
both production and DR environments.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools, and provide technical recommendations to improve
service efficiency and reliability.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers in infrastructure design best
practices, documentation, and operational excellence.
• Support infrastructure roadmap planning and capacity management in alignment with
enterprise growth and client needs.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT
