Description

• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
• Mapping business processes and identifying the process improvement opportunities.
• Conducting meetings to share ideas and findings from related parties.
• Understanding the pain point, problems, and the opportunities that team is facing.
• Analyzing benefits and risks of solutions and defining business impacts.

Qualification

• At least 3 years' experience in a business analysis or system analyst role.
• Experience in Agile methodology and familiar with new technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, dynamic, passionate, and self-driven individual.
