• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของระบบงานที่ทีมงานรับผิดชอบ  เพื่อการแก้ไข, ปรับปรุง  รวมถึงพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมได้
• ออกแบบและวางโครงสร้างการพัฒนาหรือแก้ไข   เพื่อส่งมอบให้ outsource ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาต่อไปได้
• ติดตามและควบคุมแผนการทำงาน  รวมถึงการจัดเตรียมรายละเอียดเพื่อนำระบบงานขึ้น production ได้
• รายงาน  ปรึกษาปัญหา  เสนอความคิดเห็น   ร่วมกันกับทีมงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องของงานตลอดแผนการทำงาน
