Description
- Gathering requirement from user and consulting with managers to determine what role the systems play in the business.
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required.
- Co - Designing new computer systems, frameworks and new ways to add more functionality to systems with IT Team including choosing and configuring the hardware and software of a system.
- Training users on how to appropriately utilize their computer systems.
- Testing the systems on a regular basis to ensure quality and function.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Other project assigned by Protoss.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT field.
- 1-5 Years’ experience in System Analyst, or any related field.
- Open for any business’s experience
- Good command in MS Office.
- Acceptable working under pressure.
- Capable in English communication is advantaged.
