Role purpose
- Own the enterprise AI governance vision, forums, and decision rights.
- Lead policy, risk taxonomy, and control library for AI and GenAI.
- Manage the “go/no-go” escalation path for high‑impact or high‑risk use cases and align with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and emerging regulations.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the AI Governance Council and guide the AI Sub‑Committee on escalated or high‑risk initiatives (go/no-go).
- Set principles, policies, and RACI across the AI lifecycle; manage the policy lifecycle and accountability across BUs.
- Approve resources and prioritize governance capabilities (use‑case inventory, risk assessments, controls, monitoring).
- Sponsor the enterprise AI risk taxonomy, control library, and screening/assessment approach.
- Ensure governance integrates with ERM, Internal Audit, and complies with standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, PDPA/Thai regs).
- Run BU forums to approve AI projects, monitor KPIs, and handle first‑line escalations.
- Close core gaps: formalize three‑lines‑of‑defense RACI, formalize AI Sub‑Committee, embed AI clauses in procurement, and stand up centralized inventory/GRC workflows.

Qualification
- 10+ years in risk/governance/compliance or digital/AI leadership, including board‑level communication.
- Working grasp of the AI/ML lifecycle (including GenAI risks and controls) and strong regulatory acumen.
- Proven experience establishing governance forums and scaling enterprise policies across multiple BUs
