ลักษณะงาน

• Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Define and implement test automation strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and product managers to ensure quality and timely delivery of features.
• Guide and mentor QA team members on test automation tools and techniques.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Maintain and enhance automated test suites for regression, performance, and functional testing.
• Plan and manage test resources and timelines to align with release schedules.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
• Evaluate and select tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Track QA metrics and generate regular quality reports for stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in test automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience in QA/testing teams.
