Job Purpose:
- Keeping the company's Human Resources Information System up and running
- Up-to-dated and accurate records of HRIS data
- Valued HR service and operations through efficiency, reliability and friendliness of HR digital processes and HR information portal
Responsibility:
- Manage the HR information system and ensure the accuracy of all data.
- Design HR information system settings, ensure data security, and grant access only to authorized personnel.
- Develop and maintain efficient, reliable and user-friendly HR digital processes and HR information portals to support HR and business purposes
- Generate and share reports for HR team and per requests from business units/management.
- Resolve HRIS technical issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve them.
- Ensure that the HRIS system complies with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on advances in HR computer systems and suggest improvements.
- Work on HR information system software and ensure it performs well.
- Stay current on HRIS advancements and suggest ways to improve HRIS systems and processes.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to identify areas of improvement and make necessary changes.
- Assist with data audits and ensure data quality is correct and complete.

- Education: B.A/B.S./B.Eng., M.A/M.S in IT programing or relate field
- At least 3 years of work experience in HRIS administrator/ programing or related role.
- Problem solving skill, Analysis Thinking.
- Good command of English both written & spoken
Required Skill:
- Software programing languages e.g., PHP, PHP Framework, MYSQL, Jquery, Ajax, Javascript, Bootstrap, CSS5, HTML, C#, React.
- Productivity tools e.g., MS Office, Power Automate
