ลักษณะงาน

• Review existing business and operational processes, and propose/design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to understand stakeholder needs.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and target operating models.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and align on proposed solutions.
• Prepare key project documentation, including BRD, system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Collaborate closely with project owners, project managers, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
• Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies; propose mitigation plans and provide technical details for system design when needed.
• Support test case design, UAT activities, and solution validation to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics (Master’s degree is preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or System Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, facilitating solution design workshops, and creating documentation (BRD, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams).
• Knowledge of gap analysis and operating model design.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good in English (both written and spoken).
