ลักษณะงาน

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Assist in capturing business needs through interviews, workshops, and meetings.

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Help analyze workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.

Project Support

• Maintain documentation, support UAT activities, and track timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or a few years of experience in business analysis or project coordination.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).

Nice to Have

• Internship or project experience in consulting or analysis.
• Exposure to SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and requirement management platforms.
• Interest in AI/ML, fintech, or digital transformation.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and Agile methodologies.

Language Skills

• Fluent in Thai and English (Vietnamese is a plus)
