Foxbith ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นและมีทีมงานชุดแรกในปลายปี 2020 ด้วยความตั้งใจเริ่มแรกว่าเราจะเป็น Software House ที่ทำ Product ให้ดี มีคุณภาพสูง ใช้งานได้ง่าย สวยงาม (Good UX & Aesthetic UI) และมีความเหนือชั้นเมื่อรวมกับเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม แต่จากการทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม ทำให้เราขยายขอบเขตของความรู้ของเราออกไป ทำให้มีความรู้ทางด้าน Business ที่มากขึ้น จนเรากลายเป็น Digital Consultancy ที่มี Service หลากหลายด้าน

เราเห็นภาพอย่างหนึ่งว่า แต่ละอุตสาหกรรมมีความสามารถในการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้งานไม่เท่ากัน บางอุตสาหกรรมมีความสามารถในการปรับตัวเก่ง (Hi-Tech) แต่ก็มีอีกหลายอุตสาหกรรมที่ปรับตัวช้ากว่า (Low-Tech) เช่น อุตสาหกรรม Agriculture, Logistics, Manufacturing, Service ฯลฯ ซึ่งหากเปรียบเทียบทั้งจำนวนบริษัทหรือขนาดของอุตสาหกรรมพบว่ากลุ่มที่ปรับตัวได้ช้านั้นมีจำนวนมากกว่ากลุ่มที่ปรับตัวได้เร็วอยู่หลายร้อยเท่า

ลักษณะงาน

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions

คุณสมบัติ

• BSc in IT, computer science or related field
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
