ลักษณะงาน

• Define and analyze business cases, explore project options, and assess benefits.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, timelines, and KPIs for post-implementation tracking.
• Align project activities with stakeholder requirements and ensure clarity on scope, budget, and risks.
• Mobilize project teams (internal and external) and ensure clear communication of goals and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and control costs to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular steering committee meetings to update senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate team meetings to track detailed progress and address issues proactively.
• Maintain meeting records and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adapt plans as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams (local/regional/global) and external vendors.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in Finance & Accounting or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
