Process Automation Analyst (RPA)

ลักษณะงาน

• Work with business owners to identify information needs and develop reporting; primary partners include the management team, finance & accounting, marketing, human resources, merchandising and operations
• Coordinate with the business and the RPA team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements
• Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes
• Identify and document best practices for ongoing RPA adoption
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements
• Consider change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes
• Document and diagram the existing environment and data-flows
• Recommend ‘to-be’ process to the business to improve efficiency of the process
• Using the proper automation method to automate the process to increase the process efficiency

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Tech., Statistics, Mathematics
• For experienced candidate : Minimum 2 years of related experience on business analysist, IT, RPA. Experience in an automation software (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath) is a plus
• For non-experienced candidate : a new graduate with a good academic record or relevant academic project could be considered.
• Ability to explain and document processes or choices as needed, Problem-solving skills and decision-making skills, good interpersonal skills, Mature, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service minded
• Communicable English
