Description

• Consider and present projects in information technology systems necessary for organizational development. both to Asiasoft Company and its affiliates.
• Study the feasibility of new projects assigned.
• Follow up on the progress of projects that have been assigned to complete within the specified time.
• Suggest remedial solutions to enable the project to achieve its objectives.
•  Always monitor and inspect the work of employees to ensure quality.
•  Present a human resource development plan to have knowledge that is suitable for the organization. 
• Consider recruiting internal and external employees to support the Company's operations.
• Prepare an emergency plan so that the company's network can still function in the event of an abnormal situation.
• Prepare reports as assigned.

Qualification

• 7- 10 years progressive experience in the position or similar
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Management or related fields.
• Strong personal leadership and communication abilities - while empowering others to grow and deliver results
• Communicates a clear vision and priorities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both of Thai and English
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• A demonstrable and sustainable high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
