ลักษณะงาน

• Maintain and track the AI portfolio across all delivery phases.
• Prepare weekly status reports and monthly portfolio review packs.
• Monitor initiative health, including risks, milestones, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate closely with AI CoE, business, IT, and finance stakeholders.
• Support capacity planning, onboarding, and dependency management.
• Facilitate project handovers, knowledge transfers, and governance processes.
• Develop executive dashboards and business-focused progress updates.
• Track portfolio KPIs, business value realization, and delivery performance.
• Prepare briefing materials for leadership and governance boards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support annual portfolio planning.

 

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or portfolio management, including at least 2 years in technology, data, or AI initiatives.
• Proven experience managing 5+ concurrent programs/projects across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Strong understanding of governance and stage-gate frameworks.
• Experience supporting investment approvals and steering committee reviews.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
