Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and understand requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents for the development team.
• Ensure system design aligns with overall architecture and company standards.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Provide guidance and clarification to developers during the implementation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions and participate in review sessions with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work as part of a cross-functional squad (PM, PO, Developers, QA, etc.)

Qualification

• 5 – 8 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related role.
• Experience working on enterprise-level web applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
