System Analyst (IT)

Entronica Co., Ltd. was founded in January 1998. This company was established from the need of mobile radio network penetration over Thailand upcountry and the desire of radio engineer professionals who wanted to offer quality radio coverage for the country. However, by the rapid change of IT technology, in year 2011, Entronica had transformed itself to stay up to date with new technologies to develop solutions to maximize the competitive advantage of its customers through IT. We had been completely transformed from a leading mobile radio repeater solution company to an IT solution provider. Since year 2011, Entronica had been developed our business focusing on the IT area. With currently more than 150 IT professional staffs, we provide both Software Development services according to customers’ needs and also provide IT manpower outsourcing to our Corporate customers.

Description

• Interact with customers to determine detailed requirements for features and design attractive, usable software solutions.
• Understand business requirements thoroughly and provide hands-on expertise and leadership to gather and analyze requirements, translate business requirements into functional specifications, design user and system interfaces, and deploy and maintain production-level software systems.
• Create software documentation, including system workflows, use cases, ER diagrams, data dictionaries, and program specifications.
• Design and develop high-quality, high-performance software applications using the latest technologies, innovations, and software best practices.
•  Actively participate in planning iterations based on the project management process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and troubleshoot problems quickly.
• Provide support for our product at client sites.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent education/experience.
• More than 1 year of experience in system analysis or 2-3 years of experience in software development with a desire to transition into a system analyst role.
• Strong experience in developing software products within a disciplined team and using disciplined software development approaches, including test-driven development, refactoring, and object-oriented analysis/design.
• Ability to operate effectively and provide leadership to peers in an environment with rapidly shifting demands and priorities.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Effective coaching, management, and self-organization skills.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a highly flexible team environment.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
• Experience in leading and/or mentoring junior system analysts is a plus. (Optional)
• Ability to speak English is a plus. (Optional)
