Description

• Design, Develop, customize, migrate, and upgrade solutions on the platform.
• Perform coding, debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing, and provide support during UAT.
• Manage project timelines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications to deliver effective solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with software engineers to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JSP, JavaScript, and C++, with solid knowledge of OOP principles.
• Hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience in leading, managing a team, managing projects, and analyst would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fair to good English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and multicultural environment.
