Description
- Infrastructure Management : Ensure reliable performance of network and server systems. Manage LANs, WANs, VPNs, and server infrastructure, including backups.
- Technical Support : Address hardware/software issues, troubleshoot network problems, and respond to help desk tickets efficiently.
- Documentation & Training : Maintain IT documentation and provide staff training on IT policies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Support : Collaborate on IT projects, provide on-call support, and suggest innovative solutions.
- Security & Compliance : Implement cybersecurity measures and conduct security assessments.
- Vendor Management : Manage IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and align affiliate companies with IT standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in managing infrastructure, network systems, supporting enterprise users, expert in (Windows OS/Mac OS).
- Proficient in troubleshooting network and Strong troubleshooting skills and experience providing technical support to end-users.
- Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware) and cloud platforms (e.g., MS O365).
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN) and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in management (Windows OS/Mac OS), user account management, and implementing security measures.
- Experience in cybersecurity, conducting security audits, and implementing preventive measures.
- Capable of delivering user training and creating IT documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication to interact with various stakeholders including management, end-users, and external vendors.
- Flexibility to work overtime, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Good command of English and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and conduct user training sessions as project requirements dictate.
