Description
- Customer success team will ensure CARMEN users realize the most value out of their experience within CARMEN ecosystem. There should be no functional value which CARMEN already provides that is not realized by customers whose use cases match such value.
- Customer success teams put themselves in the shoes of customers and ensure on boarding from their existing solutions into CARMEN runs smoothly and smartly.
- This overall will intensify customer’s satisfaction and engagement in CARMEN from the spectrum of software exploration to paying customers to becoming an avid CARMEN fan.
- Planning, executing, and delivering CARMEN software implementation projects to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure successful project outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations. Be a key liaison between clients and internal teams, contributing to the overall success of our Carmen implementation projects.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to prevent issues that may impact project success.
- Configure and customize the Carmen system to meet client-specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of Carmen modules.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
