vServePlus Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic and international ICT services provider which coverage from the component until the enterprise solution. The Company strongly intends to expand market base for its complete ICT services that serve all target customers’ needs with an expert professional engineer team who have been certified by the owner of each product directly. 

There are four categories of services business as follows:

  1. Installed-Base Renewal Services: providing contract renewal services for customers regarding hardware, software, and subscription. Customers will have the rights to update the latest software versions directly from the software houses, including continued maintenance services to keep the most efficiency of their IT systems. 
  2. Enterprise Professional Services: dealing with enterprise products’ customers in terms of installation, implementation, consultation for large and up-to-date but complex solutions such as Security on Cloud, Security as a Service (SaaS), Back-up System as a Service (BaaS), and Technology on Internet & Virtualization including Cloud Services such as Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas). 
  3. Nationwide Services: providing services of repairing for computers, mobile phones, printers, and other peripherals through vServePlus’ service centers and service networks located all over Thailand. There are 10 service centers as follows: vServePlus Service Center - HQ (Rom Klao), vServePlus Service Center - Pantip Plaza Branch, vServePlus Service Center - Chiang Mai Branch, vServePlus Service Center - Phitsanulok Branch, vServePlus Service Center - Rayong Branch, vServePlus Service Center - Nakornratchasrima Branch, vServePlus Service Center - Khon Kaen Branch, vServePlus Service Center - Nognkai Branch, vServePlus Service Center - Hat Yai Branch, vServePlus Service Center - Suratthani Branch including ASUS and Lenovo Exclusive Shop operated by vServePlus at 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floor of Fortune Town Building. The vServePlus service centers provide service for the brands: ASUS, Brother,  Hik Vision, HP, Lenovo, and Xiaomi. 
  4. Project Management: providing outsourced service such as computer installation including hardware, software, service networks, peripherals, printing, mobility devices, and infrastructure installation including cabling and warehouse management for other companies. Our distinctions are that we can handle a big volume project which over 10,000 units; we provide services at 24 hours a day and 7 days a week; and we have more than 120 authorized service partners spreading throughout Thailand. Moreover, we also offer IT outsourcing services on helpdesk and call center – technical call center and general call center.
