Description

• Lead daily product delivery in collaboration with the Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), Design, Technology teams, and various Business Units (BUs), working closely to understand product requirements, scope, and technical feasibility.
• Utilize Agile principles, the Scrum framework, or other relevant methodologies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Partner with Team Leaders to optimize processes, improving the efficiency of product development and delivery cycles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical product delivery, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and fulfill quality and timeline commitments made with EIRs and BUs.

Qualification

• Over 5 years’ experience in technical product delivery,
• skilled in Agile and Scrum Methodologies.
• Strong in cross-functional coordination, sprint management under tight deadlines, and converting business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI, mobile development;
• banking/finance background is a plus.
