ลักษณะงาน

• Gather, analyze, and design document system requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain efficient, clean RPG/AS400 code in line with best practices.
• Evaluate and enhance existing IT systems to improve performance and functionality.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive user manuals and technical documentation.
• Provide support during system implementation, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and support project delivery.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPG programming on the AS400 application.
• Experience or knowledge in the life insurance system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset.
• Fair to good English communication skills.
