ลักษณะงาน

• Lead and implement the organization’s digital transformation strategy.
• Optimize internal operations and drive innovation across business processes.
• Enhance customer experience in the foreign currency exchange business.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, software architecture, and internal FinTech/E-Wallet initiatives.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing technology team.
• Ensure projects and solutions comply with financial regulations and cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Travel as needed to support business plans and attend organizational meetings.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in IT Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
• Proven experience leading FinTech, Payment, E-Wallet, or Money Exchange System projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, and Financial Compliance.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability in complex technology environments.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Willingness to travel outside the office to support business plans and attend organizational meetings.
