Additionally, we will examine how emerging technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI) tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, and PMI Infinity, can complement traditional project management practices by automating documentation, optimizing workflows, and enhancing decision-making.

Furthermore, we will explore the key aspects of both Agile and Waterfall approaches, discussing how these methodologies impact tool selection, project execution, and team dynamics.
