ลักษณะงาน

• Lead a team of engineers, QA professionals, and architects to deliver high-performance systems.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design, implement, and test systems including mobile banking, web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Architects) to align technical requirements with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage technical risks and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
• Mentor and guide team members to improve their technical skills.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in banking/financial systems.
• Expertise in full-stack development (web, mobile, APIs, microservices).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and industry regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide a team, ensuring timely project delivery.
