ลักษณะงาน
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของระบบงานที่ทีมงานรับผิดชอบ เพื่อการแก้ไข, ปรับปรุง รวมถึงพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมได้
- ออกแบบและวางโครงสร้างการพัฒนาหรือแก้ไข เพื่อส่งมอบให้ outsource ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาต่อไปได้
- ติดตามและควบคุมแผนการทำงาน รวมถึงการจัดเตรียมรายละเอียดเพื่อนำระบบงานขึ้น production ได้
- รายงาน ปรึกษาปัญหา เสนอความคิดเห็น ร่วมกันกับทีมงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องของงานตลอดแผนการทำงาน
คุณสมบัติ
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, ออกแบบ และพัฒนาโปรแกรม
- มีความคิดริเริ่ม รอบคอบ ขนขวายหาข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงาน หรือแก้ปัญหา
- มีความชอบศึกษาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ รวมถึงการใช้เครื่องมือใหม่ๆ ในการพัฒนางาน
- มีความสามารถในการจ่ายงานและทำงานร่วมกับ Outsource developer ได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถปรึกษา หารือ ทำงานร่วมกันทีมงานอื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความอดทน รับฟังความคิดเห็น สอบถาม หรือให้คำแนะนำได้
