ลักษณะงาน

• Review project documents, customer requirements, and product objectives to design and execute effective test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and implement test automation frameworks across multiple platforms, including Web and API, while creating comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance tests.
• Manage technical communications and develop a deep understanding of customer systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues from the technical support team, conduct bug testing, and generate detailed bug reports.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all testing activities in daily and weekly reports.
• Analyze software systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to enhance overall quality.
• Research and implement new testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to optimize testing processes.
• Ensure final quality assurance before production releases.
• Work closely with deployment teams to resolve system-level issues, contribute to product design discussions, and provide insights into testability.

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 3 years of experience in both automated and manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end (E2E) testing throughout the deployment process.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing test scripts.
• Strong commitment to ensuring system quality and reliability.
