ลักษณะงาน

• Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
• Managing issues in ticket system and ensuring resolutions are kept up to date
• Escalate the issue to the appropriate team such as corp IT or 3rd party vendor who own the system as well as follow up until the issue resolved and RCA was documented.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Work closely with technical team to Identify and resolve technical issues
• Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
• Manage and monitor IT computer hardware and software resources on local site.
• Manage network and communication equipment including WNA, LAN, Internet, Phone
• Ensuring successful data backup of all services in server room.
• Responsible for asset security on site and monitoring site vulnerability as well as provide appropriate action in the event of contingency
• Enforce IT policies / procedures with respect to corporate IT policy and direction
• Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the systems patching/upgrade
• Developing IT related reports for site.
• Monitoring the B2B systems integrations
• Capabilities to identify the business processes, operational & process knowledge for warehouse and transport
• Capability to identify the root cause of issue and be able to suggest for improvement plan

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science/engineer or related field.
• 1-2 years’ of relevant experience in IP Networking system & security, infrastructure, Microsoft 365 products, server hardware and vendor management.
• Require strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as a team and support after working hour for urgent incident.
• Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
• Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
• Demonstrated communication skills, including the ability to clearly communication ideas
• Service mind, be able to effectively deal with conflict and resolve issues.
• Pro-active, dedicated, committed and responsible with strong customer (internal & external) orientation.
• Good command of spoken and written Thai and English.
