Description

• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Ability to monitor budgets, track progress, and report on project status.
• Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and address risks or issues.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, with 5+ years of project management experience, including Agile and waterfall methods (preferably in life insurance).
• Results-driven, self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software, with excellent presentation and teamwork abilities.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
