PINN Creative Space ได้จัดกิจกรรม “Bangkok Raspberry Jam Big Birthday Weekend 2020” ในวันเสาร์ที่ 14 มีนาคม 2563 โดยในระยะเวลา 8 ปีที่ผ่านมาจำนวนผู้ใช้งาน Raspberry Pi ในประเทศไทยได้เพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยปัจจุบันบอร์ด Raspberry Pi ได้จำหน่ายไปกว่า 30 ล้านบอร์ด เพื่อการใช้งาน ทั้งในงานอดิเรก ใช้เพื่อการเรียนการสอน และใช้ในการผลิตเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆอย่างมากมาย ซึ่งทำให้ Raspberry Pi ติดอันดับ 3 ของคอมพิวเตอร์ประเภทใช้งานทั่วไปซึ่งที่ 1 และ 2 คือ PC และ Mac

เพื่อเป็นการเฉลิมฉลองให้กับการครบรอบนี้ ทาง Pinn Creative Space ได้จัดงานเพื่อพบปะสังสรรค์และแสดงผลงานของกลุ่มคนที่สนใจใช้งาน Raspberry Pi และมีการจัด Workshop เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน Raspberry Pi ให้กับผู้ที่สนใจโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย(นำเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนตัวมาสำหรับการอบรมด้วยตัวเอง) และภายในงานจะมีการจำหน่ายบอร์ด Raspberry Pi และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆสำหรับผู้ที่สนใจอยากเข้ามาศึกษาและใช้งาน Raspberry Pi อีกด้วย

To celebrate the Raspberry Pi’s seventh birthday, we’re coordinating Raspberry Jams all over the world to take place over the Raspberry Jam Big Birthday Weekend, 14 March 2020.
We invite you to join us for our Big Birthday Weekend, wherever you are in the world. This event will be a community-led, synchronised, global mega-Jam in celebration of our sixth birthday and the digital making community! Members of the Raspberry Pi Foundation teamwill be attending Jams far and wide to celebrate with you during the weekend.
