TALK OUTLINE
With the advent of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Blockchain hype there is a much needed understanding of the underlying technology. Today we will explore the facets of a dApp (decentralized apps) from the eyes of a developer. You will understand not only the problem domain and the benefits that web3.0 applications will enable, but how it works together from a technical architecture perspective. We will end with a quick demonstration of a working dApp and how you can start developing applications for the decentralized web.

- What’s wrong with Web2.0 and importance of decentralization
- What is an architecture of a Fully decentralized apps and all its different components
- Short comings of modern Decentralized Apps (UX and Scalability) and the potential future application stack

Pong Cheecharern, Technical Product Manager @OmiseGO

Pong is a fast learning- polymath innovator that focuses first and foremost on solving real world problems.
From distilling high level complex systems to a keynote that anybody can understand to actually buckle up to design/develop full stack applications. His biggest strength lies in his curiosity and resourcefulness in utilizing repertoire of social and technical skillsets to solve range of problems. He is very passionate about exploring the field of decentralized technologies to actually tackling social challenges and generating impact.

Pong is currently a Product Manager @OmiseGO, a blockchain project bringing blockchain scalability and financial inclusion on top of decentralized networks. He is also a cofounder and CTO of Last of Ours, a project utilizing true ownership of digital assets to create entertainment value that funnels to real world sustainability.
