Arise by Infinitas Co., Ltd. a joint venture company in a proportion of the share of 51%: 49% between Infinitas by Krungthai and Accenture Solutions Co., Ltd. (a global professional services company). Arise by Infinitas Co., Ltd. was established on 18 November 2021 with a registered capital of Baht 300 million to accelerate Krungthai bank’s digital innovation strategy.

Arise by Infinitas Co., Ltd. will develop talent, and innovative financial solutions change management within Krungthai bank to help bolster innovation and collaboration across the bank’s business units in Thailand and across the region. It will leverage Accenture’s leading technology expertise and digital transformation as well as talent and organization capabilities.
